The Beech King Air B200 is a twin-turboprop transport and utility aircraft. The Beech King Air product line has been in continuous production since 1964 and more than 6,000 of 17 variants have been sold for corporate, commercial and special mission operations to more than 94 countries.The B200 has a comfortable and roomy 'squared-oval' pressurised cabin. The air-conditioned cabin can be fitted with seven or nine seats. The rear cabin door is equipped with airstairs.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is the first, largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisation in the world.Today, the RFDS has a fleet of 51 aircraft operating from 21 bases located across the nation and provides medical assistance to around 250,000 people every year - that's one every two minutes.The services are delivered on a day-to-day basis by four RFDS operating sections.

RFSD Central Operations began in 1939 and is responsible for delivering emergency aeromedical and primary healthcare services throughout South Australia and the southern half of the Northern Territory. It operates three aviation bases in Adelaide, Port Augusta and Alice Springs, as well as two primary health facilities in Marree and Tennant Creek.
