Piper PA-32R Saratoga Turbo History :

The Piper PA-32R Saratogas Aircraft is a six-seat, high-performance, single engine, all-metal fixed-wing aircraft. The Saratogas began life as the Piper Lance, a retractable gear version of the Piper Cherokee Six. The major differences between the Piper Lance and the Later models are known as Saratogas. The primary difference between the Lance and early Saratoga is the development of a tapered wing on the Saratoga replacing the "Hershey Bar" wing on the Lance.

The Piper PA-32 was sold and built under license in Brazil as the Embraer EMB-720 Minuano, and the PA-32R as the EMB-721 Sertanejo. Chincul in Argentina also manufactured and built the PA-32 as PA-A-32, the PA-32R as PA-A-32R, and the PA-32RT as the PA-A-32RT under license from Piper.
