Cherokee Six (PA-32-300) History :

The Cherokee Six (PA-32-300) is a 6 or 7 seat, fixed gear light aircraft built by Piper Aircraft Inc. The original Cherokee Six (PA-32-260) was built in 1965 with a 260hp engine but Piper offered another option with a Lycoming IO-540 SER 300hp (PA-32-300) engine in 1970.

The Cherokee Six has a baggage compartment in the nose between the cockpit and the engine compartment and a large double door at aft for easy loading of passengers and cargo.
