This Gulfstream 100 Airplane Model was hand crafted using the finest Philippine Mahogany and sealed to last for generations. From our collection of blueprints, reference materials and customer’s photographs Factory Direct Models master artisans hand crafted this famous Gulfstream 100 into an amazingly detailed Display Model.

This Gulfstream 100 Wooden Airplane Model comes with a customized detachable stand, a personalized inscriptions plaque and a customized laminated logo that adds magnificence into this detailed Display Model.

Gulfstream Aerospace G.100 History:

A descendant of Aero Commander 1121 Jet Commander, acquired by Israel Aircraft Industries in I968 and developed successively as the Commodore Jet and Westwind. The Model 1125 was launched at NBAA in October 1979 and named Astra in 1981. First flown on March 19, 1984, deliveries of the Astra started on 30 June 1986. Astra line sold to Gulfstream Aerospace in June 2001 and redesignated. Total deliveries of the Glufstream G.100 have exceeded 170 aircaft.

Featuring a low swept wing with winglets (SPX only) and twin Honeywell TFE731 turbofans mounted on the aft fuselage, six cabin windows with a swept tailfin with low-mounted swept tail plane. Improved with new avionics and revised cabin interior Astra SPX: More powerful engine, winglets, and advanced avionics the C-38A military transport and medevac aircraft is operated by U.S. Air National Guard.

Two vesions of the G.I00 are currently in production. The G.100 and the G.150 with a wider cabin, slightly streached fuselage and shorter nose.
