This Custom Made Piper PA-46-350P Mirage Model Airplane was hand crafted using the finest Philippine Mahogany available and sealed to last for generations. Working with our wide variety of blueprints and their photographs, our Factory Direct ModelsŪ master artisans created this airplane into an amazingly detailed Display Model.

This Custom Made Piper PA-46-350P Mirage Wooden Airplane has a customized detachable stand, a personalized inscriptions plaque and a customized laminated logo that adds magnificence into this detailed Display Model.

Piper PA-46-350P Mirage History :

The Piper PA-46-350 Mirage is a variation of the Piper Malibu. They are both single piston engine, some have been converted to Turbo Props, pressurized aircraft. The Mirage is one of only three aircraft that were single piston engine pressurized cabins ever produced. Seating with pilot is six. Piper now makes the Meridian, another derivative of the Mirage that was certified with a Turbo Prop engine.

Piper started production of the Mirage in October 1988. The Mirage had many new up-grades compared to the Malibu. First was the engine, Piper installed a more powerful engine in the Textron Lycoming TIO-540-AE2A with 350 hp. A new wing was also installed. The Piper Mirage remains in production even today. The earlier models had the older analog type King Instrument Panels. Piper now installs the Avidyne Entegra ""Glass Cockpit. This is a state of the art type of instrument panel giving the aircraft the look and feel of the larger commercial aircraft.
