I want to send you a note of gratitude and thanks for such an outstanding job on the Cessna 177 I ordered for my father-in-law. Not only was it a beautiful model, but he absolutely loved it! My wife and I caught him just starring at it a couple of times. The detail was very good and the colors were perfect.

I did notice the shipment was from Angeles City; in 1988 or ’89, I was in Angeles City and purchased an Army UH-60, and an Army C-12 with specific colors and numbers. The quality was not nearly as good as the Cessna.

I just received the long awaited finished model of my Falcon 900EX.

After being in this business for over thirty years my expectations are seldom met and virtually never exceeded. Well, this model definitely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The attention to detail, color matching, paint scheme and workmanship are the best I have ever seen. The model is an exact replica of the real one right down to the blade antennaes and pitot tubes.

In addition everything happened just as you said it would. It was built, shipped and arrived on the schedule you gave me in the begining.

Your work and business ethics are to be commended. A lot of companies could benefit by using your business model.

You were absolutely right--I am perfectly satisfied with this model and very pleased with the value received. The packaging was unbelievable---for something so fragile, it all arrived in excellent condition (very creative packaging!). I am now preparing to take pictures of it to send along to my Marine Corps buddies, including Col. Gilman, who served with me aboard the Inchon. Trust me when I tell you it will be treasured the rest of my life. Please extend my thanks again to the craftsman who built her. He is a talented person.

Hi Doug, just a quick note to let you know that the MiG Kill display has been installed in RR 6 and was “dedicated” as part of a Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) 40th anniversary event on the MIDWAY (see attached article). The VF-21 / VF-161 F-4 models are perfect. I’ll forward some digital photos of the display for your file as soon as I load them on my computer.

The Martin model arrived on friday while I was at work. I am very impressed. I have to say I was somewhat sceptical of a wood model based upon some samples I have seen from other suppliers. Your listing photos looked like the model was a reasonably good rendition of the plane type that I had flown on many years ago. The model exceeded my expectations in every way. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

I will be looking to see if you offer the TWA Connie again. If I can afford it I will get one.

I can not tell you how happy I am with this model and your service. The model arrived in only a few days and in perfect condition. It was well packed in custom cut foam.

Now to the model itself, this is no ordinary mass produced product. It is a very high quality and detailed model with accuracy only a carefully researched custom model builder could have produced.

During 1967-1969 I was assigned to the 552nd Wing at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand. We flew these aircraft for MIG hunting, surveillance etc. I know this aircraft. This particular model bears the tail number 53-0555. I actually maintained that aircraft. Not just one like it, BUT IT. The detail is astounding. The paint color is perfect, as if you had a bucket of govt. paint. The de-icer boots are correctly placed and painted black where they should be. The tail number is correct. This one is actually a historically significant one. The aircraft displays the Air Force "Outstanding Unit Citation" ribbon. The model also has the correct windows/doors and front wheel well markings.

Please use my comments anywhere you like. I am very fortunate to have found this model, through Providence, over the others available.
