We received our model today and I am absolutely stunned at how beautiful it is..  My Dad was so impressed and said the attention to detail was amazing and it brought back so many memories, he literally said it takes him back to that time!  I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the memory you brought to my Dad and the joy of him seeing it for the first time..  I will always have this to remember!  You guys should be proud of the work you do, it’s amazing!  I included pics of the “unveiling” so you can see it for yourself...

Dear Elmer Sarmiento, Jenny Pepito, Jason Wolpe, Ms. Danica del Mundo and all the rest of Factory Direct Models Employees,

I just received my Cessna O-2 model this afternoon. Packing was great and the model came out without any problems.

I can’t thank you enough for this beautiful model. It’s perfect! Brings back a lot of memories, some good and some scary. About the only difference between the O-2’s I flew in as an Intelligence Officer at NKP during the Vietnam War; is this model is clean and brilliant, whereas the O-2’s I flew in looked like they had been in a war....which of course they had.

To Jenny and Elmer, thank you both for your tireless time and patience with all my numerous emails going over every detail for the cockpit and the model overall. I’m sure when you saw another email from me, you had to stop and take a breath of air to ready yourselves for whatever I might be asking this time.

But, it all paid off, and I’m so grateful and appreciative!

Please convey my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the artisans and technicians who actually spent their time and effort in producing this model. Especially considering they had to deal with this pandemic and the closing of the plant and all they had to deal with during this time.

Hello Mike,

Just wanted to follow up with you. I meant to send this email a while ago but have been busy. I apologize for the delay.

I did receive the model about a week after our phone conversation. Thank you very much for your help in getting the model shipped. I’ll admit that I was getting a bit frustrated in it not getting shipped, but I must say it was well worth the wait.

I could not be more satisfied with the model. The professional detail is simply "world class" outstanding and greatly surpassed my expectations! The model is just perfect in every way. I am so very glad I opted for the clear windows and interior. It is in my opinion what sets FDM models apart from every other model I’ve seen. I had provided photos of my interior for the model makers to use as a guide. What I did not know was that in the photo I provided my David Clark headset was sitting on the pilots seat. Then when the model was delivered and I was marveling over it, I saw that the model maker had replicated the headset in perfect miniature scale and it was sitting on the front seat. It even had the cable coiled up and connected to the phone jack. WOW!! now that is "over and above" detail. Nice work!

Anyway, thank you again, and I gave your website information to my other Bonanza friends wives so they may be contacting you too. You know how Bonanza owners really love their airplanes. Thanks again!

Dear Team FDM:

I received the model AeroVodochody L-39 Breitling #7 last Thursday and gave it to my boss the next day. He had anxiously been awaiting its arrival since he learned it was his 2018 Boss's Day gift. Being a pilot himself, he was really impressed as to the care, accuracy and thoroughness the model was given. I was pleasantly surprised as to its size. The one I had seen in Santa Fe, NM was in a shop window next to a display of Breitling watches and was approximately 5" x 7", so I was expecting a tiny, little model. The one received was just about life-size! It's totally cool!
