Received your email for Approval pictures, wanted to let you know and everyone there are not enough words to describe the Model I just saw of Laker Skytrain DC10. The airplane is phenomenal, resembles the actual aircraft in the day when it actual flew, it has brought back my days and memories when I flew on it as a young adult and also booked it for other passengers since I am a travel agent.

FDM is truly a Company that produces Museum Quality Models, that I have never seen before until today. The craftsmanship, to all the people who work for FDM on both sides, in the USA and the Philippines are amazing talented people who truly know their work, and are great with the Customers also.

I have spoken to Jason Wolpe and Lauren Hill, and Mike wanted to inform you how impressed and so HAPPY I broke down and ordered from your Company on Sunday Jan 22nd, I was trying to find a good company I could trust, communicate with via phone or email and who strive to please, go Above And Beyond in Customer Satisfaction. I have been searching for a company based in USA ?? that I could trust and work with as I have over 25 commercial airplane models I would like to add to my small collection so far that I started, but stopped cause the company was not reliable in responding to emails or phone calls. I could not trust them to be there or answer questions I had when ordering a plane. I need a Company like I have found in FDM with an open communication line through the process of my order from beginning to final Production of the Model Plane I am having built

I am British born in Aruba, I am a Travel Agent, have traveled a lot and still more place to see, I am or have started collecting Mahogany Wood Planes cause they are truly beautiful and resemble the actual plane in real time. I have 5 Planes so far and well one being built now, and will continue the process most planes I have are 18 to 24 inches in length. Could not get away from your companies website I must have looked at it for 2 solid weeks till I ordered the plane, Laker Skytrain DC-10, also order the Presentation Case and Lauren got in touch with me today about a logo for the Presentation Case, was wonderful in helping me through that process. I truly have a lot of models for you all to make for me, and truly mean it, Already asked Jason for quote on a 24 inch Air Aruba MD-90 the Airline of Aruba, I am collecting all Airlines and Aircrafts I have flown and been on.

Had to write this cause you all doing something extraordinary, and love it cause you are all going the extra mile for your clients, I value that in a relationship when doing business with you or any company. Thank you so much for everything.

Received the Sabre 60 model this afternoon. Put it on my display shelf with ten other Models I've flown. And this FDM model makes the others look like Ned and the Primer. The detail and paint is awesome. I walk out of the room and come back with a glass of tea and look some more. Really looking forward to the other two now I know what to expect.

I am not sure who to write to but I wanted to truly thank you guys for the model that you guys created for us.  My husband and his father had pieced together a 1959 Beechcraft V-Tail Bonanza over many years and flown it for many hours.  My father in law is now terminally ill and recently sold the airplane.  It was very difficult for the family.  For our first anniversary, I ordered a custom replica of this airplane for my husband.  It turned out better than I could have ever imagined.  My husband is thrilled and it will commemorate all of the fun times and memories the family has had with the plane.  It is unlike anything any of us have seen.  I am so glad that I found your company and thank you for doing what you do.

I wanted to tell you that I could not be any more pleased or impressed with the quality of the Piper J3 Cub on floats that your team built for me.

It is very finely detailed and I am sure that I must have driven the builder(s) nuts with all the details like the exposed wiring harness, air scoops, cleats, bracing wires, exhaust, painted steps, the type of numbers on the tail, fuel caps, placards, cowling and rib detail etc – but whomever did it nailed it! What an absolutely beautiful job. The details are just stunning and really make it a model of my plane. I will enjoy this model long after I have stopped flying – and I still have a lot of flying left in me!

If you could please thank whomever worked on it and let them know how very much I appreciate all the hard work they put into it I would really appreciate it. True craftsmen (and women?) are to be admired and whomever built my model is at the top of their profession.

I was going to send you an e-mail on Christmas Day, but then decided you would probably not go back to work until Monday.   I wanted to let you know how happy I was to receive my Corsair in time for Christmas!!  She arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve!!

You may not remember but last September, my good friend, Rick Davey sent to you an e-mail (attached below), and he and I began communicating with you and then with Anjelica.  For a while we both wondered if she would arrive here in  New Mexico by Christmas.  Your company staff and UPS kept the promise!!  Thank you so much!!

Not only did she arrive here on time, but also she traveled nearly 8,000 miles in  three days!!  The world is certainly smaller now!!

My Skyboss is gorgeous!!  She is exactly what I had envisioned!!

I have long been interested in Corsair, and Rick helped me fulfill my dream.  He found your company and worked with your staff on the detail.

I received the LZ131 model last Saturday, and if possible, you and your incredible craftsmen have surpassed the Hindenburg model you made just a few months back. It just looks so "right", even though it was never built, and there is no pictorial reference to base it on. You interpreted my "Technical Data Package" even better than I could have imagined.

When I place it next to the Hindenburg and Graf Zeppelin II models, they seem to shrink.

Your team has certainly learned how to make airship models. There are no finer ones than the ones you've made for me.

When I can figure out how to get all three of them together in a good location, I'll take a picture and send it to you.

In the meantime, know that my fertile imagination is already at work on the next project - and yes, it will be another airship.

When you find something good, you stick with it.

Thank you once again for another magnificent miniature masterpiece.

I waited a few weeks to respond to let the impact of my purchase sink in and I still cannot emphasize enough that any expectation of this order and quality was surpassed by your skilled artisans. I am in the process of creating a Plexiglas case to properly display my Bonanza A36.

Several times per day as I glance over towards the Bonanza it brings back great memories and gives me a positive feeling regardless of any days challenges. I never realized it before but the photos provided were taken prior to the Digital age of cameras and this model is so pristine and crystal clear it truly represents the care and pride I would take when piloting this aircraft.

Once again please pass along my best wishes and sincere gratitude to all of your staff involved with making this gift to myself possible and is such a daily inspiration I feel there is another poem hidden somewhere in the back of my mind in tribute to this order.
